Pendant measures approx. 13 x 25 mm (5/8 x 1 inches) including bail but size may vary slightly as every glass bottle and every sterling silver cap are hand made individually.

Offered on a fine sterling silver chain with a sturdy lobster clasp closure - please choose chain length from drop-down menu - If you require a length not listed please ask me before purchase! You can also purchase without a chain if you wish.

All the designing, wire work and polishing was done by my own fair hands in my studio in North Wales, UK.

Pendant will be very similar to photos as each one is a unique creation.

ECO FRIENDLY - I hand make every bottle cap from 100% recycled sterling silver.

In all my work I use recycled silver when I can to make my items more Eco-friendly - for my conscience, your conscience and the sake of our beautiful planet!

CARNELIAN PROPERTIES.

Used in ancient times to protect the dead in their journey to the afterlife, Carnelian Agate, usually just called Carnelian, is a powerful Sacral Chakra Stone.

Mentally, Carnelian focuses analytical capabilities, and aids meditation by allowing deeper concentration and keeping out interrupting thoughts.

A glassy, translucent stone, Carnelian is an orange-colored variety of Chalcedony, a mineral of the Quartz family. Its color varies from pale pinkish-orange to a deep rusty brown, though it is most known for its brilliant orange and red-orange crystals. Its name comes from a Latin word meaning "flesh."

In antiquity, as well as today, Carnelian is believed to help timid speakers become both eloquent and bold.

Ancient Warriors wore Carnelian around their neck for courage and physical power to conquer their enemies.

In Egypt it was worn by master architects to show their rank of builder, and alchemists of the Middle Ages used it as a boiling stone to activate the energy of other Chalcedonies. The ancient Egyptians called Carnelian "the setting sun." In its orange hues, they identified it with the receptive or passive female energies, and associated it with the fertile menstrual blood of the mother goddess, Isis.
In its red, red-orange to reddish brown shades, they considered it the active male energy stone, recognized by its glowing vibrant color.
